Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

At 93 Supreme Training, we are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven training. We understand that schedules can change, and we’ve outlined our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

 

Single & Group Training Sessions

    •    Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

    •    Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.

    •    No-shows will not be refunded.

 

Memberships & Multi-Session Packages

    •    Membership payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

    •    Members may cancel future billing with at least 7 days’ notice before the next scheduled payment.

    •    Missed sessions within a membership package are not refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion, depending on availability.

    •    Exceptions may be made in cases of verified medical emergencies.

 

Refund Process

    •    To request a refund, please contact us at info@93supremetraining.com or 817-209-9550.

    •    Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

 

Training Cancellations by 93 Supreme Training

If we must cancel a session due to weather, emergencies, or coach availability, clients will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

By booking a session or membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this refund policy.
